Ingredients
2 breast(s) Chicken, breast, raw, without skin & bone, cut into bite sized pieces | |
3 small uncooked potato(es), quartered and thinly sliced | |
1/2 cup(s) reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled | |
2 oz olive(s), Kalamata olives - 1/4 cup, pitted and roughly cho | |
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice | |
1 tsp olive oil | |
3/4 tsp dried oregano | |
1/2 tsp table salt | |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
Instructions
Place all ingredients into Ziploc large Zip n Steam bag. Pat ingredients into single layer, Place bag in microwave, ook on full power 6 - 1/2 minutes until chicken is c ooked through, with no trace of pink, If needed, continue microwaving until done Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling Gently shake bag to distribute seasonings. Carefully open bag, Serve with pita bread.
