PC Drivers for Xbox One Controller Now Available | Technabob | Gadgets, Gizmos and Geekery

Some games on the PC are best played with the mouse and keyboard. However, some games really need a game controller. Games that have flying or driving in them are best done with a gamepad. If you have an Xbox One game system, drivers have now launched that will let you use your controller on your Windows PC.

Drivers for PC gamers are offered for X86and X64 systems. Microsoft says that all you need to do to use the Xbox One controller on the PC is to download the drivers and connect the controller to the computer.

Connecting the controller to the PC is done via a microUSB cable. It seems that you can't play on your PC using the wireless function of the controller though. The drivers are available right now for download. Just click the appropriate system type above to start your download.
